  Many people are coming to the realization that the foods that we eat have a direct effect on how we feel and our state of health. One expression that is in every language is "you are what you eat". When we learn to eat more in line with our natural physiology, we bring ease to our homeostasis & internal balance.

  Because we are members of the Primate family, and our digestive systems have the most in common with theirs out of any other specie, much can be learned by asking ourselves the question; What is natural food? / What foods are most familiar on an evolutionary scale?

  Foods in their natural uncooked state have a rebalancing and alkalizing effect on our bodies, which help us feel the vitality we intuitively know we should be feeling.
