Living-Foods Nutrition We become what we eat. Over a life time, what we eat either diminishes us (promoting aging & degeneration) or fortifies us, leading to vital health throughout our lives.

Living-foods, or foods which have not been heatedor processed in any unnatural way, are full of thier enzymes and thier vitamins, minerals and other nutrients have been left undamaged. When foods are heated above around 114 degrees Fahrenheit, enzymes (the catalist for life) are destroyed and any oils or fats oxydize (creating free radicles which steal your cells oxygen, potentiating cancer), and minerals & vitamins become damaged from all the vibrating from the molicules shaking around in the heat. Your nourishment shrivels, withers and dies. Eating this way, eventually your body becomes enzymatically defitient, your body suffers oxydative stress (leading to all kinds of dis-eases) and your body suffers malnutrition, leading to an overall degenerated psysiological condition.We have come to think of this as "Normal" and what aging is about. This is not true.

Living-foods, which have not been distroyed by any 'processing' by heat or other methods, help keep your body in optimal condition. Most people eat around 7% fresh foods - try experiencing 50%, or 80% + fresh fruits & vegetables, sprouted nuts & seeds (etc.) in your life!

    guide you so you can learn how to create your own healthy and delcious dishes and empower you to take charge of your own health and well-being.

    • I can also offer you guided shopping to help you better pick the foods & products you need.
  2. Private (live-in) Chef & Guide


    I can be hired to be availible in your home, as your household Private Chef. You can expect healthy, delicious Gourmet fresh meals featuring, many
    of my original nutritious & sumptuous living-food dishes. You can experience the full palette of living-foods epicurial delights! In addition, if you
    desire a more hands-on approach in which I teach you to create & accomplish your own Living-Foods dishes that is availible as well. As always I am flexible to work trades or barters into our arrangement.

    • I will shop for the freshest ingredients & prepare delicious living-foods dishes in your home & clean up after the preparation.
    • However many meals per week you wish.

Experience:

Stuffed Red Peppers I have been seeking natual healthy living insights my whole life, in one way or another. I've tried vegetarianism & lacto-ovo vegitarianism & entomaphagy, learned about food combinding, fasting, healing with herbs, veganism, holistic massage, Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Energywork & Bi-lateral stimulation, and in the last four years I have taken some important steps toward realizing my goal of living in tune with nature by exploring & thriving on living-foods, a way of living I first had discovered three years before I actually really tried it. A whole new fresh reality unfolded before me.

I sort of jumped in head first once I decided to take the first step. Well actually, I was attending a 10 day silent meditation retreat - which was quite the experience in it's self I had some insights while meditating and half pondering the notion of an ideal meditation diet. While I was there meditating in the silent room - every once in a while a stomach gurgle, hick-up, burp or other digestive anouncement would make it's self known.

This would happen most noticeably during the meditations which came just after the meal times. At times, it was like a digestive orchestra in the meditation hall!

I started to wonder if there was an uncomplicated 'meditation condusive' diet that was easy enough on digestion that your meditation and mind wouldn't be abruptly distracted with these symtoms.

While I was trying to quite my mind & stay focused on the meditation technique,
it occured to me that of the many forms of foods that exist in the world,
fruits are literally reaching & calling out out to be eate with thier ripe, bright colors, vibrant smells, & sweet taste, - designed
to be appealing to us, because as we all know - as we are supposed to then run around and deposit them elsewhere thereby helping the plants spread their
seed.

After I returned home from the retreat, a good friend after hearing some of my ponderings, ran next door and brought me a book about fresh
foods & I opened it up and started to read. This book asked a lot of really good questions, from a point of view of the original diet - food before
fire. Food before fire? What did we eat before we discovered fire? What foods can you eat without fire? After some reading, I decided to try eating only uncooked foods for one week to see how I felt. Well that first week was amazing, and I felt so good that it turned into 6 months, and now
it's been over 5 years!

Well, over the course of these few years, I've tried some adjustments, read some more books, became familiar with more recipes, and learned a lot from other people I met through potlucks and online forums - and eventually became a gourmet living-foods Chef at a living-foods restaurant in Vancouver BC, 'The Living-Source' as one in a team of 'GourmetLiving-Foods Chefs' where I figured out how easy it is to not only fully nourish your body, but also how to make it delicious & sustainable for your healthy future through 'living-foods' recipes that nourish your taste-buds, your emotions & your soul!

I learned firsthand how to mimic and achieve our favorte tastes and textures, and how the dishes we love can be mimiced not only convincingly, but often much better than the traditional way of preparing it, all with using fresh ingredients. Of course, if you're making Raw Burgers, you're not actually using raw animal muscle, you can make the patty with fresh nut meats, or mushrooms or other innovative sources.

I have enjoyed guiding clients on their first steps transitioning to a higher percentage of fresh living-foods & help them design their own empowering diet plan, for various conditons successfully such as Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Weight Challenges, Candida, Irritable bowel Syndrome, AIDS & Immune deficiency related conditions, skin conditions, as well as other various 'dis-eases' & deficiencies. I've delighted in seeing those clients kick habits that were not working for them by replacing them with nourishing alternatives.
