There is also a growth in medical interest in veg nutrition; the number of articles in the scientific literature related to the veg topic has increased more than 7 times over the last 40 years.
In addition to looking forward to the lifelong enjoyment of the nutritious and natural vegan diet, the people also know that their choice will not only save the lives of animals, but also their own.
The American Dietetic Association, which is the world’s largest organization of food and nutrition professionals, stated that a healthy veg diet, appropriate for all ages, can ensure lower blood cholesterol levels, reduced blood pressure, lower rates of hypertension, and more.
